It's that time of year when Chicagloland can become a winter wonderland, and that's just what this gorgeous couple had in mind for their winter wedding in Oak Brook last January. With a backdrop of beautiful trees and fresh powdery snow, Jackie and Kyle exchanged their vows in a romantic ceremony at the Grand Oaks of Hyatt Lodge, followed by an elegant, upscale reception. The floral designs featured Tibet roses and white hydrangeas with lavender Ocean Song roses, stock, snapdragons, alstroemeria, lisianthus, caspia, and botanical foliages. But, Jackie in her Pronovias gown was definitely the center of attention. It was chilly ouside, but this fashionable suburban Chicago wedding was filled with warmth and love. Happy upcoming first anniversary Jackie and Kyle! We loved being a part of your wonderful day. See more at Janet D Photography.

We can't help being happy for these high school sweethearts whose wedding in May was almost a decade in the making. Janine and Will tied the knot at Carriage Greens Country Club in Darien, IL. Originally, the ceremony was planned for outdoors, but the weather didn't quite cooperate. Fortunately, the club easily moved things indoors (an important consideration when planning any outdoor event), and everything was still really beautiful. The floral designs featured white anemones, peonies, Tibet roses, stock, waxflower, spray roses, lisianthus, and seeded eucalyptus, with sage green and pearl accents, alternating high and low reception centerpieces, and both floating votive and pillar candles glimmering in glass. The setting was lovely, and everyone seemed to be smiling all day -- especially the bride and groom. (You can just tell when two people are meant for each other!) See more at Marc & Mindy Photography. Thank you Janine and Will for letting us play a part in your wonderful wedding day. We wish you much love and happiness for many, many years to come!

We loved the warmth, soft colors, and patriotic pride of this stunning suburban September wedding. The ceremony was at Our Lady of Peace in Darien, and the floral decorations there were just beautiful, without being over-powering. The ceremony was meaningful and personal, Molly and David were glowing, and the military exit was such a memorable honor. You'd think that would be hard to top. But, the scenic setting of the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook made for a rockin' reception celebration filled with love, friendship, great food, tons of hugs, and lots of laughter, too. Music by the Bluewater Kings Band got everyone on the dance floor. And, the most memorable part of all was the love of this wonderful couple who made everyone feel so welcome and appreciated. See more at Rachael Watson Photography. Congratulations Molly and Dave. We think you're awesome, and your wedding was too!

From the wedding cermony to the tea ceremony and the stunning Drake Oak Brook reception, everything was picture-perfect and filled with so much joy. From the majestic St. James Cathedral to the elegant Ritz-Carlton ballroom, everything about this couple's wedding day was simply fabulous. Morgan and Conor were a dream to work with, and everyone in their wedding party was really wonderful and photogenic, too. The floral decorations were classic elegance with a botanical flair and included roses, lisianthus, hydrangeas, hyperium, waxflower, lush greens, tall glass vases, romantic candles, and crystal accents. There was even a faux boxwood photo wall crowned with a waterfall of cascading white blossoms that guests really loved. In fact, everyone enjoyed everything about this stunning wedding, filled with love and laughter. Congratulations Morgan and Conor! Thank you for letting us play a part in your beautiful day.
