Deep Plum and Apple Green

30. September 2009 15:03 by Phillip's Flowers | 0 Comments

Jamie and Ryan's September wedding had an upbeat theme, with youthful colors that made everyone feel welcome and at ease. The bridesmaids' apple green dresses from J. Crew were complemented with bouquets by Phillip's featuring green cymbidium orchids, purple dendrobium, and deep plum callas. Guests entering Medinah Baptist Church were greeted by graceful Manzanita trees adorned with floral orbs and hanging votives. The reception at Hyatt Lodge continued the theme beautifully with elevated centerpieces of green hydrangea, purple dendrobium orchids, and dramatic curly willow branches on aubergine pin-tuck table linens. The head table was decorated with glass cylinders, floating candles, beaded accents, and petite fleur nosegays, as well as the bridesmaid's bouquets. Even the wedding cake by Rolf's Patisserie was trimmed with apple green ribbon and cymbidium blossoms. And, thanks to The Cake Girls, the groom had his own cake, too, a delicious replica of Wrigley Field with the happy couple's name on the marquee! See it all at La'Di Events.
